Mapping to Subdomains
In order to map a site to your subdomain you must create a CNAME in your domain configuration.

The record must be of the type whatever subdomain you want and with the destination ghs.googlehosted.com.

Then in your Google site settings assign the custom URL to the Google Site.

Use the Settings (looks like a cog/gear) near the Publish button.

In the box labeled www.yourdomain.com enter your domain with thr subdomain you want prefixed to it, e.g. subdomain.example.com
